Now in her third decade in the property industry, Roxana brings a wealth of experience to Urban Edge. Having built a highly successful lettings portfolio in Southwest London, she later expanded the business to encompass both property management and development. This evolution ultimately led to the creation of Urban Edge, a dedicated development company specialising in niche commercial conversion projects—an area she sees huge opportunity due to the vast number of underutilised brownfield sites across London and the Southeast.

From the outset, Roxana has been committed to preserving the unique character of existing structures while transforming them into modern, well-designed homes:
